The Wallace Collection
In March 2020, I was approached by The Wallace Collection to collaborate on an exciting new project. To celebrate the recent façade refurbishment of their home at Hertford House, I was commissioned to create a scaled drawing, capturing the elegant 18th century elevation.
The original hand drawn piece took several months to complete and due to the pandemic, much of the drawing was carried out remotely, working primarily from existing surveys and photographs. It was a pleasure to illustrate such a fine Georgian building, with its classical proportions and intricate stone detailing and metalwork.

The original drawing was then converted into a digital graphic and enhanced with three complementary colours. The Wallace Collection then used the images for multiple applications, including marketing, the production of high-quality prints and branding.

Following a collaboration with master chocolatiers and fine art enthusiast COCO, the Hertford House elevation featured on three new bars of chocolate, with each colour distinguishing between each flavour.

It was great working with such an engaged client who shared a passion for architecture and illustration. To read more about the collaboration and browse the product range, please follow the link here to the Wallace Collection shop.
