Architectural Illustration

The hand drawn elevation captures the late nineteenth century, Grade II listed Pumphouse in Barry. In 1913, Barry was the largest coal exporting port in Wales and the Pumphouse was a key structure that provided hydraulic power to the docks.

There are three sizes available:

A3 (42cm x 29.7cm / 16.5in x 11.7in)
A2 (59.4cm x 42cm / 23.4in x 16.5in)

A1 (84.1cm x 59.4cm / 33.1in x 23.4in)

The smaller format drawing (A3) is printed onto 250gsm Tintoretto Gesso Paper, a slightly off-white paper with a lightly hammered surface texture. The illustration is packaged with a sturdy grey-board backing and sealed inside a cellophane case.

The larger format drawings (A2 & A1) are printed onto 220gsm Cartridge Paper, a similar slightly off-white paper with a lightly hammered surface texture. The illustrations are carefully rolled, wrapped, and posted inside a sturdy cardboard tube.
